There is no straight path out of poverty. It comes with many twists, turns, and setbacks before many neighbors in need become stable and find success. In honor of the road our neighbors follow, CitySquare is creating a special pathway in the center of the square.

The Pathway out of Poverty provides an opportunity to leave a legacy
and directly benefit CitySquare in our fight against poverty. All
bricks will be engraved with a personalized message. Honor your
legacy, recognize your organization or company, or leave a note of
inspiration for our neighbors.
​
Bricks will be installed in the center of the Opportunity Center courtyard. This area is used by our neighbors who are searching for a moment of respite, connection or picking up food from our Food Pantry. The pathway will serve as a reminder that CitySquare is a beacon of hope for our neighbors. Don't miss the opportunity to leave your mark!

Are there different sizes of bricks? We offer three sizes (4x8, 8x8, 12x12), based on availability.

How do I purchase a brick? You may reserve your brick here or by contacting Aja Rose at arose@citysquare.org or 469-333-1643.

Can I reserve more than one brick? Yes!
​
When will the pathway be installed? We are scheduled to complete the project by Summer 2022.
​
Can I pay for my brick over time? Yes! Payment options are flexible and include payment in full at the time of purchase, monthly payments or a formal pledge. Please note: all bricks must be paid in full by May 1, 2022.

Can I add my company or organization logo? Yes. Logos are available on the 12x12 brick only and must align with engraver specifications. If you wish to add your logo, you may email a high resolution image to arose@citysquare.org

I am a CitySquare employee, can I reserve a brick? Absolutely! Employees please contact Aja Rose at arose@citysquare.org to become an employee donor or click here.

Will I get to approve my final inscription before engraving? A reminder and confirmation will be sent to you via email requesting the necessary action. All messages, changes, and approvals must be completed by the due date to be included in the pathway.

Can I choose my brick location? No. Brick locations will be selected by CitySquare. If you reserve multiple bricks, you may request they be close together or scattered throughout the pathway.
​
When will the Pathway out of Poverty be revealed? We plan on completing the pathway in Summer 2022. All donors will be invited to a celebration at the CitySquare Opportunity Center to celebrate the campaign and see you brick! Date TBD.
